God has put a passion in my heart for coaching & mentoring – and a lifetime of being poured into within a particular set of skills and capabilities.
HISTORY: In my last professional role, I was passionately involved in several mentoring and coaching areas, from multiple recurring 1:1s on career development and skill building to being an executive ally in employee resource groups (ERGs) including Women in Green (WIG), the Alliance for Military and Advocates (VAMA), and beginning to form a faith-based ERG within the company. I also launched “Two Minute Mondays” to offer coachable nuggets at scale via social media.
MOVING FORWARD: Am working to become accredited as a professional coach for life skills, career development, and executive engagement – and have completed my initial certifications.
To become accredited, I must deliver 75+ hours of paid coaching. But I believe it’s unfair to charge full coaching fees while I’m learning too. So, I am discounting them in half until accredited.
HOW IT WORKS — We’ll meet via Teams or Zoom, either once or twice per month, with meetings lasting 45-90 minutes, depending on your learning goals: typically monthly for career development or strategy/vision; semi-monthly for skills development (e.g. public speaking or market insights).
TO GET STARTED
Book an exploratory session (free)
This is where we’ll talk about your goals for coaching or mentoring – and I’ll share some initial ideas of what future sessions could look like.
We sign a Covenant to partner for your growth
Our covenant includes an NDA to ensure you’re comfortable in sharing your circumstances and opinions, a commitment for both of us to support your growth, and a block of 10 paid sessions for our recurring meetings.
Do the pre-work
Prior to each session, I’ll share with you a few questions for you to ask yourself. This isn’t about essays or homework, and you don’t have to journal or turn anything in. But spending a little time reflecting will help you get thinking prior to each time that we team up.
Speaking of “Booking” – check out our book club.
Note: if you are looking for data protection industry expertise, please instead consider DPM’s annual services agreement which includes strategic collaboration hours each month.
